ANCHOR™
Ethical Foundations for Safe & Sustainable Practice ~ $1,350

15 Continuing Education Hours | Hybrid Delivery

Founding Cohort Start Date September 15th, 2026

ANCHOR™ is the foundational stage of the Practice Leadership Institute™ Pathway. It is designed for clinicians who are preparing for independent practice, evaluating private practice readiness, or seeking greater ethical clarity and professional containment.

This is not a business coaching program. It is a structured professional development experience focused on ethical readiness, capacity protection, and sustainable practice design.

Who This Is For

Stage 1 — ANCHOR™ is designed for:

• Pre-licensed clinicians preparing for independent decision-making
• Dependently licensed clinicians considering private practice
• Newly independent licensed clinicians seeking structured readiness
• Early-stage solo practitioners experiencing uncertainty
Clinicians experiencing burnout, imposter syndrome, or ethical uncertainty

This program supports clinicians who want to build responsibly, not rapidly.

This stage does not assume readiness for expansion. It establishes professional containment.

Program Purpose

Growth without structure creates ethical risk.

Stage 1 establishes the foundational framework necessary for responsible independent practice. It integrates trauma-informed awareness, ethical decision-making, and sustainable workload models to reduce boundary drift, financial instability, and burnout.

Participants develop structured documentation and decision frameworks aligned with professional codes of ethics and supervisory standards.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify ethical risk factors associated with early-stage private practice.

  2. Develop a documented Ethical Readiness Plan aligned with professional codes.

  3. Construct a structured Consultation & Oversight Plan.

  4. Create a defensible Fee Rationale grounded in ethical pricing principles.

  5. Apply trauma-informed self-care models to prevent clinician burnout.

  6. Distinguish between ethical marketing and misrepresentation.

  7. Develop foundational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for practice integrity.

  8. Recognize imposter syndrome as a potential ethical vulnerability.
