Practice Leadership Institute™ programs often involve professional discussion, case consultation, and reflection related to clinical practice, leadership challenges, and ethical decision-making.

To maintain a safe and professionally responsible learning environment, participants must respect confidentiality expectations for all program discussions.

Confidentiality of Participant Discussions

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal or professional information shared by other participants during program activities.

Information shared in the program environment should not be discussed outside of the learning context without explicit permission from the individual who shared it.

Participants should ensure that any case examples shared during discussions are sufficiently de-identified and comply with applicable ethical and legal standards related to client confidentiality.

Recording Restrictions

To protect participant privacy and the integrity of the learning environment:

• Participants may not record program sessions without prior written authorization from Practice Leadership Institute™.
• Unauthorized audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, or screen captures are not permitted.
• Program recordings, when provided by the Institute, remain the intellectual property of Practice Leadership Institute™.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share recordings or program materials without written permission from the Institute.

Use of Educational Materials

Program materials are provided for personal professional development.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or republish Institute materials for commercial purposes or external training without authorization.
