CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) PROVIDER STATEMENT

Practice Leadership Institute™ provides continuing education programming designed to support professional development for behavioral health and human service professionals.

Each program offered by the Institute clearly identifies:

• Program title and description

• Learning objectives

• Total number of continuing education (CE) hours available

• Program delivery format (live, virtual, hybrid, or asynchronous)

• Attendance and participation requirements

• Completion criteria necessary to receive CE documentation

Participants may only receive continuing education documentation after meeting all program requirements.

Requirements for CE issuance may include:

• Verified attendance for the required portion of the program

• Participation in required instructional activities

• Completion of any required assignments or deliverables

• Submission of the program evaluation form

Certificates of completion will be issued only after all requirements are satisfied.

Continuing education certificates document participation in an educational activity and are not equivalent to academic credit, licensure endorsement, or certification.

Participants are responsible for verifying whether continuing education hours meet the requirements of their specific licensing board or credentialing authority.
