Program Integrity & Anti-Commercialization Policy

Practice Leadership Institute™ is committed to providing educational programming that prioritizes ethical professional development over commercial promotion.

The Institute’s programs are designed to support reflective practice, responsible leadership, and sustainable professional growth rather than to promote specific commercial products, services, or revenue models.

Educational Purpose

Institute programming focuses on:

  • professional ethics

  • clinical leadership

  • systems-level thinking

  • sustainable professional development

Programs are designed to support learning and reflection rather than product promotion or commercial sales activity.

Participant Promotion Restrictions

Participants may not use Institute programs as a platform to promote their own commercial services, training programs, or products without prior approval from the Institute.

Examples include:

  • advertising professional services to other participants

  • soliciting clients or business partnerships during program sessions

  • distributing marketing materials within the learning environment

Instructor and Faculty Neutrality

Faculty members and instructors are expected to present educational material in a manner that prioritizes professional learning rather than commercial promotion.

Any relevant financial or professional interests that could influence educational content will be disclosed in accordance with the Institute’s Conflict of Interest Disclosure Policy.

Protecting the Learning Environment

These guidelines are intended to preserve the integrity of Institute programming and ensure that participants experience a learning environment focused on professional growth rather than commercial activity.
