Refund Policy
Practice Leadership Institute™ is committed to maintaining transparent policies that support ethical professional education while protecting the sustainability and integrity of cohort-based programs.
Enrollment in any program offered by Practice Leadership Institute™ constitutes agreement with the Institute’s refund policy as outlined below.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the date the Institute receives a written withdrawal request.
Full Refund
Participants who withdraw at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the program start date may receive a full refund of tuition paid, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
Partial Refund
Participants who submit a written withdrawal request less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the program start date but before the first scheduled instructional session may receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the tuition paid.
After Program Commencement
Once the first instructional session has begun, tuition is non-refundable due to the cohort-based structure of the program and the instructional resources already committed.

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

The effective withdrawal date will be determined by the date the written request is received.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not constitute withdrawal and does not qualify for a refund.

In rare situations involving documented extraordinary circumstances; such as serious illness, medical emergency, or significant family emergency, the Institute may review requests for accommodation.
At the Institute’s discretion, participants may be offered:
Partial tuition credit toward a future program offering, or
Transfer to a future cohort when feasible.
Such accommodations are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Practice Leadership Institute™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to circumstances beyond the Institute’s control, including but not limited to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other operational considerations.
If the Institute cancels a program, participants will be offered:
A full refund of tuition paid, or
The option to transfer enrollment to a future program offering.

Participants who enroll using a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments once the program has begun.
Withdrawal from a program after the start date does not eliminate the participant’s obligation to fulfill the remaining payment plan balance unless otherwise determined by the Institute.

Participants agree to contact Practice Leadership Institute™ to resolve payment concerns prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with a financial institution.
The Institute will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve payment concerns in good faith.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within ten (10) business days of the refund determination.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Practice Leadership Institute™ reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy when necessary. Any updates will apply only to future program enrollments and will be clearly posted on the Institute’s website.
