GRIEVANCE POLICY

Practice Leadership Institute™ is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and ethically responsible learning environment.

Participants who have concerns related to program delivery, professional conduct, or adherence to Institute policies are encouraged to address concerns through the Institute’s grievance procedure.

Concerns appropriate for formal review may include:

  • Program delivery or instructional concerns

  • Faculty or instructor conduct

  • Policy implementation

  • Participant treatment or fairness concerns

Grievances must be submitted in writing and should include sufficient detail to allow review of the concern.

Upon receipt of a grievance, the Institute will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) business days

  2. Review the concern and gather relevant information

  3. Provide a written response or resolution within thirty (30) calendar days whenever possible

All grievance submissions will be handled with professionalism and confidentiality to the extent possible.

Retaliation against individuals who submit good-faith concerns is not permitted.
