Foundations of Ethical Clinical Leadership
The Stage 1 — ANCHOR™ program is the foundational entry point into the Practice Leadership Institute™ leadership development pathway.
This program is designed for behavioral health professionals seeking to strengthen the ethical, professional, and structural foundations necessary to sustain responsible leadership in clinical and organizational settings.
Through a cohort-based learning model, participants examine the intersection of clinical practice, leadership responsibility, professional sustainability, and ethical decision-making.
The program provides a structured environment for reflection, learning, and dialogue with peers navigating similar professional transitions.

Program Format

Programs are intentionally limited in size to preserve a meaningful learning environment and allow for thoughtful professional exchange.
Program Length
The Stage 1 — ANCHOR™ program is delivered over 12 weeks.
Participants engage in scheduled cohort learning sessions and independent reflection activities throughout the program.
Continuing Education
Where applicable, program sessions may qualify for continuing education documentation based on participation and completion of program requirements.
Participants are responsible for confirming acceptance of continuing education hours with their respective state licensing boards.
Certificates are issued only after:
• Verified attendance
• Completion of required program components
• Submission of program evaluation materials
Tuition
Founding Cohort Tuition:
$1,350
Tuition includes participation in the full program curriculum, cohort learning sessions, educational materials, and program documentation.
Limited scholarship support may be available based on demonstrated need and alignment with Institute values.
